INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN PAI DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK DI MA NURUL ISLAM TENGARAN
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the opportunities and challenges of PAI learning as well as its innovations in shaping the character of students at MA Nurul Islam Tengaran. PAI as a subject that aims to instill Islamic values has a big responsibility for creating a generation of people with noble character and good morals. The research method uses descriptive research. The data analysis technique uses phenomenological analysis, namely drawing conclusions based on the data obtained and the research objectives. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that: (1) The current curriculum provides a number of opportunities for PAl teachers to design their learning more flexibly and contextually, teachers can also formulate learning objectives more freely. The challenges are that it is still difficult to change the teacher's mindset towards educational paradigms according to the applicable curriculum, teacher motivation to upgrade themselves to increase competence is still weak, teachers in their learning are still overshadowed by administrative tasks that are always changing, and (3) PAl learning innovation at MA Nurul Islam Tengaran includes aspects; curriculum policy, human resource preparation. learning and assessment processes.
