PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN AGAMA DALAM KELUARGA TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN BERAGAMA SISWA KELAS IX DI MTS AL-JIHAD SALAMAN TAHUN AJARAN 2021/2022
Abstract
The teacher is the spearhead of the success of education, because the teacher is a very important actor in the implementation of education. teachers are also a determining factor in achieving educational goals. Success in administering education is determined by good teacher performance. however, good teacher performance does not come on its own, because teacher performance is influenced by certain factors such as supervision of the principal and the motivation of the teacher's own work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of school principal supervision on teacher performance, to know the effect of teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and to know the effect of school principal supervision and motivation of teacher work together on teacher performance. The method used is descriptive analysis method. Where the authors hope that this method will be able to understand the problem based on the phenomenon at the time of the research. the subjects of this study were teachers of Public Middle Schools in Cimerak Subdistrict, Pangandaran District, with 120 teachers with a total sample of 75 teachers. While the object of this study is the supervision of the principal, teacher work motivation, and teacher performance. The data collected in this study were captured through questionnaires in the form of scales with scores ranging from 1 to 5. The conclusions obtained from this study were: 1) the effect of the principal's supervision (X1) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 0.091; 2) the effect of teacher work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) of 0.139; and 3) the effect of the principal's supervision (X1) and teacher's work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) together at 0.165, meaning that 0.835 is the influence of other factors than those studied.
